4. The proportion of raw materials in a conventional machine

Generally speaking, 1:1 is the volume ratio, and the weight ratio is about 1:1.1/1.2

Generally, 10% above or below the voltage value specified by the machine is acceptable

6. What is the heating method of the sprayer?

The new machines are all internal heating. The heating wires are in the pipes.

7. What are the wiring requirements for pipeline transformers?

15m is connected to 22v, 30m is connected to 44v,45m is connected to 66v, 60m is connected to 88v, and so on

8. The following checks should be carried out before operation:

1)All joints from the main unit to the gun do not leak air or material,

2)Be sure to separate the A and B materials in the entire input pipeline from the pump to the gun to avoid paralysis of the entire system.

3)There should be safety grounding and leakage protection.

9. When the equipment stops working, the heating system should be turned off in time and the power supply should be cut off to avoid deterioration in foaming quality caused by excessive heating time.

Pipes and power supply from the main engine to the gun have been connected.

The following checks should be made before operation:

1) All joints from the host to the gun do not leak air or material,

2) be sure to separate A material and B material from the pump to the gun of the whole input pipeline, so as not to cause the whole system paralysis,

3)  there should be safe grounding and leakage protection.
