2. Moisture and Water Resistance:

   With a closed cell ratio exceeding 90%, rigid polyurethane is hydrophobic, ensuring that moisture does not compromise its thermal efficiency. Its moisture-proof and waterproof capabilities protect against water penetration, maintaining the integrity of your insulation.

3. Fire Resistance and High-Temperature Tolerance:

2. Discontinuous Production:

   Designed for special shaped products or smaller production runs, this method allows for flexibility where continuous equipment investment may not be viable. In the discontinuous process, surface materials are individually formed, cut to size, and then assembled into the laminator. Foam is injected between these surfaces to form predefined PU sandwich panels, offering customizability and adaptability for unique projects.
